Your Needs First
'The customer is always right in matters of taste' is the new urban internet slang. But we stick with the old rule; the customer is always right. Our aim and focus is on completing your requirements and needs. When it comes to creating anything, whether a wardrobe, kitchen layout, or even a new stud wall, we will discuss how your layout will best suit you, make suggestions based on our previous experiences, and ultimately aim to create the space you want.
Built-In Furniture
We know and appreciate that in any home, you can never have too much storage. The need to wardrobe space and book cases is always demanding.
Our founder moved to Oxfordshire back in 2021 to work with a fitted bedroom company, but found their commitment to the customer's wishes less than satisfactory. That's why we now work independently to create custom pieces for the customer: not off the shelf and limited to square spaces.
Custom Furniture
In some properties here in the Cotswolds and Oxfordshire area, having something built-in is simply impractical. Perhaps because having something fixed to listed walls is frowned on by your local authority or heritage group, or perhaps because you could rather keep the house as it is without having to worry about filling screw holes later on. That's why we are focussing on creating custom furniture to fit your area: if you want something not built-in but built to your space, we would love to have a chat.
Construction and Maintenance
When it comes to construction, we have the experience for your needs. Since 2013 Kester Rose has been in construction, working with general builders, plasterers, roofers, painters and decorators, brick layers, and groundworkers among the trades.

WHO WE ARE
Meet the Team as it Grows!
Kester Rose began his working life where he grew up in the Forest of Dean.
Home-Educated, he began expressing his creativity at a young age and came into carpentry and construction through working with general builders, brick layers, plasterers and other trades from the age of 17.
From 2021 he moved to Oxford to work with a bedroom fitting company but was disappointed to see customers mistreated and left wanting, so began working on his own to create other built in furnishings - often being called back to previous customers.
He is passionate about wood, and takes pride in delivering exquisite carpentry, cabinetry, and woodworking.

When it comes to woodwork, we believe that local is important, waste should be limited, and passion is a must. That is why we source as much of our timber and materials as possible from locally run businesses and will reuse waste materials to create small household items, rather than discard them.
